Masterlists  are the lists of  Urdu and Hindi literary journals prepared from various cities and places of Urdu-Hindi region. They fall into two categories:

(a) C-List : Masterlist of all the available literary journals in a particular city or a literary centre.

(b) D- List:  This will be prepared on the basis of  available  city lists so that a final list of digitsable journals can prepared, who  are  (a) still  sturdy enough and (b) unnecessary duplication can be avoided.
